Extended-Length Drawn Cup Needle Roller Bearing for Heavy Radial Loads
The BA 1516 (SCE 1516) YFB drawn cup needle roller bearing is designed for extended-length radial support under heavy loads in slim housings across Pakistan’s machinery and automation sectors. Its thin drawn cup outer ring and reinforced long needle rollers provide reliable, low-friction rotation where outside diameter is restricted but maximum strength and guidance are required. As the exclusive owner and distributor of YFB brand in Pakistan, Abdul Traders supplies genuine BA Series bearings at competitive prices for CNC, textile, and industrial applications in Lahore, Karachi, and Faisalabad.
Key Features
Elongated, heavy-duty drawn cup needle roller bearing suitable for high radial loads over a longer bearing span. Authentic YFB construction with exclusive Abdul Traders distribution ensures consistent quality, quiet running, and long service life. BA 1516 offers a slim radial profile with increased length and capacity, supporting demanding yet space-saving mechanical layouts.
Technical Specifications
BA 1516 (SCE 1516) is manufactured from premium bearing steel with controlled hardness and precision-formed cup geometry. The drawn outer ring is designed for direct press-fit into the housing bore, simplifying machining and assembly. Long, high-grade needle rollers distribute radial forces evenly along the bearing length, reducing friction and wear and supporting reliable performance in continuous-duty and high-cycle environments across Pakistan’s industrial base.
Industrial Applications
Ideal for compact gearboxes, automation carriages, textile machinery, and CNC mechanisms where a slim yet long and strong radial bearing is required. Widely adopted by OEMs and maintenance teams in Lahore, Karachi, Faisalabad, and other production hubs that rely on drawn cup needle roller bearings for precise, efficient motion in restricted spaces.
